Three weeks to process a contract

A telkom consultant I will not mention the name here although I know it , offered me a contract ,i agreed after having been persuaded by her, the phone took three weeks and three courier cancellations to process ,I was let down four times and at every point I was **** to ...on the final day it was said to arrive the courier company skynet calls and tells me they will not deliver and the guy literally insults me...I cancelled the contract and the phone went back to the warehouse , get a telkom contact at your own risk ,the staff is highly ***********
