THREE WEEKS - NO LANDLINE, NO WIFI, PHONE WONT DISCONNECT FROM LAST CALL - MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING

My mother runs her Physiotherapy practice from our house in Benoni, three weeks ago something happened to the landline and the calls would not disconnect even though we put the phone down, the wifi router could not work because the land line was off. Therefore my mother has not been able to send out invoices let alone run her business, none of her patients can even call the practice.

So my mother reported the fault to Telkom 3 weeks ago, the ensured her that someone would come around to fix the line. A guy had called back but no one ever came around.

Our cellphone signal has also been affected by this we have absolutely no signal in the house!

Over christmas we could not do anything, I tried calling telkom but could not get through.

I understand it is the festive season but Telkom claims they run all year around which they should lots of people have to work over Christmas!

I then wrote to Telkom on Facebook which was absolutely useless, I was promised the fault was escalated and that someone would contact me.. (How i'm not sure as all the phones are off?) I waited and waited and waited and I am still waiting for someone to contact me.

Firstly Telkom, you need to get a better responant on your Facebook he/she is absolutely useless!

Secondly: My mother recieved the Telkom bill which yes you have still billed her for the line being out and on that Telkom bill is a call for 13 hours and it has costed her R600 why because the line did not disconnect this is absolutely maddnes you cannot charge her for your fault.

Thirdly: THE LINE IS STILL OFF!! She cannot run her business without this line therefore she cannot pay you for the services she actually is not receiving.

I am at me ends with you people I don't actually know what to do or who to turn to, to get this fixed.

REF NUMBERS for the so called escalated fault:

AI **********

***

Somebody PLEASE contact me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM BEGGING
