Threatening to hand me over to attorneys

Not hearing anything back from them I assumed something was being done. Now in July they send me a SMS telling me that they will be handing me over to their attorneys, and a number was given for me to contact (the number does not work). PLEASE TELKOM TELL ME WAY SHOULD I PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE. I cancelled my contract in January. I played my account till Match because the lady on the phone said cancelations take "30 WORK DAYS" and now we are in JULY and you still haven’t fix YOUR MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!</p>
