Threatening to cancel a service before contract expiring Telkom

I have just received a call from the call centre today, the 20th of August 2019 at about 11h26, by a guy with the name of Clayton Philips. Apparently they are changing the wiring to Copper wiring, which he is trying to sell Fibre. Copper being better for weather etc. I told him that I am not interested in anything as I am not happy with Telkom service. I have adsl line with 10mpbs and it never works. I am waiting for my contract to expire and am not renewing it. He then said well then they will not be giving me service after the end of Aug 2019. I told him he cannot say that as I have a contract till the end of my contract and they cannot cancel my service. If he does that I will report it to the CPA and the Ombudsman. He then said that he can say that as he is just doing his job. I told him he is not as my contract is still valid. I told him his wording is incorrect and he better go tell his Manager that I am not happy with what he is told to tell me or clients. He needs to get his wording right. He told me he will not tell his Manager as he wants to keep his Job and I carried on but was so upset at the end that I told him I cannot talk to him further It felt like they wanted to force me to take it or else I will not get service.
