Threat Legal Action and Listing to Credit Bereaus

Telkom through Mr. Jonannes Simelane (Credit Management ***** Centre) and Mr. Riaan Nel ( Credit Management Delisting) gave me a letter of apology, promising me that they will remove me to credit bureaux listing due to sub *****. Their actions sounded as if they have investigated the ********** activity and have concluded that I Emmanuel Simphiwe Memela Telkom Case Number : ***1 do not have an account with Telkom and they will close the account as it was opened **********.<br> Telkom through NUDEBT try to take R10 625.33 on the 24 April 2015 and I reported this issue to Telkom on the 25 April 2015, with the manager promising to resolve the issue. On the 8 May 2015 Blessing from NUDEBT called me demanding R6 400,36 and promising me the Legal Action. I gave him the contact numbers of Mr. Simelane and Mr. Nel that he must speak to them about this and also sent him an email conversation with the apology letter that was submitted by Mr. Nel to me. Now Telkom is sending me threats sms that they are taking Legal Action and they are Listing me on Credit Bereaurs and they say i must call ***. Telkom is acting in bad faith as they are going back from their apology letter.
