Thrash service

I have been trying to get hold of them for week and couple days with no success. When I finally did I was put on hold for over 10mins as they were “investigating” my query. Asked the agent to log in a callback as I cannot hold again because it does not make sense why am I on hold. Its crazy how I am running after them to debit funds from my account which they didn’t do on agreed date and yet I am not even getting confirmation letter, statement of the account nothing. It is rather nonsense that I must chase this service provide to give them money instead of calling and confirming payment issue if there is. I have been logging request for callbacks more than 3times no return of call. There after they will put the account in arrears and affect my scoring. Telkom needs to get their services right, cause when they want to sell to you they don’t mind calling 100times a day, but for query purposes one struggles to get hold of them. Thrash service.
