Thobelani Nzuza wrong information received

Thobelani Nzuza this telkom sales consultant gave me the wrong Account number and now my account has been suspended due to non payments where i made my payment on the due date that they have informed me i am very unsatisfied with this service and the telkom mobile service department i have been 5 days without any internet roaming service and i have contacted telkom from which no respons have been received
