I recently had an issue where I accidentally loaded a Telkom LTE bundle onto the wrong number. While Telkom could not assist in reversing the transaction, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from Sinoxolo Maneli. She listened patiently, showed genuine empathy, and made a real effort to escalate my matter. Her professionalism and dedication stood out in what could have been a frustrating experience.
