This not so easy to pay Telkom App......!

Once again paying Telkom via their Telkom app is useless for two months it has not worked, so i turned to the internet as suggested on the telkom email acc's and as expected the info on the website is almost two months old, it does not reflect the current invoice that they have sent me.

So i call the acc's dept and all she can say is call the technical help desk to assist me but its an account query so why call technical support?

They make such a song and dance about how its never been easier to pay Telkom meanwhile in reality its not that easy. Why have an app is its down so often.
