This marriage is forever. No Terminator allowed here.

<p>I have had a miserable experience with telkom regarding my desire to terminate 2 lines out of a total 4 lines. After calling the business help desk on 10217 i was advised that the procedure is to email ********** and copy ********** This i did on 20 March 2017 but there has been no acknowledgement of email, no response, no call back and still no cancellation. Since 20 March 2017 i have called all numbers as advised by the call centre agents (10210, 10213, 10217) to no avail and have sent close to 8 follow up emails. On 24 June 2017 i went inside a telkom store at Clearwater mall Johannesburg to my surprise No Termination is entertained in their store - I was sent back to that ****ky email ********** I guess they want this marriage to last forever but not on my watch.</p> <p>- I want these 2 line cancelled</p> <p>- I want refunds of all subscriptions paid on lines i nolonger need</p> <p>Numbers to be cancelled are: ********** 787 & ********** 197</p>
