This level of incompetence is shocking!!

Yesterday I phoned 10217 and spent considerable time with Xolani to apply for two e-mail domains. I was given an order number and told to wait 2 hours and to then call back. I did this and was told to phone back this morning. On phoning this morning I was told that the order number that I was given does not exist and the people that I have spoken to today have been unhelpful to the extreme. As I write this I am on the phone and have been for the last two hours. Is this what the \Future Hood"that they advertise is going to be like?"""
