This lady is rare and deserves praise!

Friday 27 Feb I visited Telkom in Fountains Mall, Jeffreysbay. What a pleasure it was to be helped by Andiswa Fisanti! She was friendly, efficient and knew her job and products well. I went to the shop to enquire about something, but thanks to her attitude I decided to switch my prepaid data from Cell C to Telkom and I bought some data sims. For the past few years I have been frustrated by the personnel at Game Stores who know nothing about cellular products and never have any stock. On this specific day I had the same experience at Game as always. But as I walked into the Telkom Store, Andiswa brightened my day and I walked out with a smile on my face. Andiswa not only has a great attitude, she can multitask very well. While helping a customer she always make sure those behind in the line knows she is aware of them and she finds out from them if there is something she can quickly answer, so they dont have to wait long for an answer to a simple question. Then she still helps the lady working next to her to do her job where she struggles. To be honest: this lady has the potential to do a job of much higher responsibility. She has got what it takes for a much higher position.
