This is the worst e perience ever I have with Telkom will never recommend anyone to them

I have 2 contracts with Telkom and it's a consolidated account they didn't debit me on the last day of September I called them and did the Eft into their Absa account on the 1st of October I emailed them Proof of payment on the 8th. I called tbem several times and even emailed but no one gets back to me. My service was suspended today on the 14th October 2020 how can money take so so long to reflect I'm paying for a service that is suspended
