THIS IS THE WORSED SERVICE EVER

I am so angry with the Telkom insurance. i have lost my phone i have emailed the form so many times and i have called their call center, they have put me on hold for more than 30 to 45 mins WHO DOES THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMER???? That is TCF. i have paid the insurance every month but when is time to put i claim ITS A NIGHTMARE ….. THIS IS THE WORSED SERVICE EVER...………………. i don't have a phone right now i cant even pay account , i don't have online banking
