This is the thanks I get for taking another contract with you

<p>I brought my number over from Cell C to Telkom. Took out a contract with Telkom using the same number. The contract came to an end. I sent in a cancellation request but asked for my number to remain on prepaid. Telkom proceeded to delete my number or recycle my number whatever what they wanna call it now i am unable to get my number back. I would let it go but this number i have had since 2006 and everything is linked to it. I would like for telkom to advise me how this matter will be resolved. See how your *********** staff dealt with this by investigating case ********** 6</p>
