This is the porest service I've ever experience from a cellphone supplier. Stay away from them.

On Saturday the 25 June I went to upgrade my phone, my phone only and not sim card. I specifically asked Telkom not to disable my International roaming as I need this. I travel to France, Uganda, Kenia and Namibie. If I asked for something that I need how can someone decide that I don't need it. Why will someone from Telkom decide for me what I need and don't need. I had this enabled for a reason and when I got to Uganda it was not working. I just would recoment everyone to stay away from Telkom as you don't have a choice to choose what you need but they will decide for you.

I need my international roaming enabled. They have the form from the last time I were there. Yes this is not the first time that this happened.
