The current underwriter for their insurance is the pits liyeral hell i havs been with that company morw then 10years now i have had my up and downs with them but this is absolutely ridiculous

I made a claim with them in November only go responses in December to top it all up if you do not call and make a follow up you will never receive your device

What really got the most unprofessional is the fact you will have to call them then they suddenly do not remember how the company operates i would call and make a follow up they would not be able to follow-up due to the fact that i would call a day beforw they would tell me the next step when i check up on it what i called about the day before had not being done Till today 2 months later i have not received my device i had to fight tooth and nail to get the assesors to give an outcome which takes approximately 2 weeks for a turn around time and another week to respond What happens next i would call make a follow up then there after is the only time tbey would communicate with me after i call as if they have been communicating WORST SERVICE EVER FROM TELKOM INSURANCE
