THIS IS SUCH A SOCK HOW LOW CAN TELKOM GO ……. I haven’t had Telkom for 3 years After cable theft Telkom said they are not replacing the internet cables, and I cancelled my account immediately Telkom refunded me the credit on my account that was just over R500.00 NOW 2023 they demand that I owe them R 1959.93 after numerous times I have send through the cancellation numbers and all needed documents to the attorneys NuDebt, and contacting Telkom that wont release my cancelation forms until I pay this amount Where in you life does a company leave you for 3 years before they get attorneys to contact you and threaten you with a court order Telkom also doesn’t want to send me the cancellation documents until I have paid this amount I really think TELKOM is in trouble now they turning our lives up-side down NOT FAIR AT ALL.
