Going to one's local Telkom store means always waiting in a queue for ages, today was made a breeze by Brent Abrahams at the Somerset Mall branch in Cape Town.<br> <br> I arrived, he asked me what I'm in for, told me he could help me and within half an hour I was upgraded to a new contract.<br> <br> Not only was he quick and friendly, he gave the best advice ever to the offer which I actually need. This is not the first time he went the extra mile (which one doesn't see these days) for me as he also gave top notch tech support a few months back and even emailed me for further support.<br> <br> This guy is tops, thanks for the great service!!!
