THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!!!!

I have sent in a signed letterhead about two months ago for cancellation of three lines and DSL service. This is STILL not resolved - no matter how many times I phone in and who ever I speak to, it's never the cancellation department. It's never anyone authorized. I am down, this company is pathetic. And nothing I say here will help, I cannot get out of cancelling my lines. This just doesn't happen. I still pay for stuff that is not being used!!!!<br> <br> HOW DO I GET THIS CANCELLED?!?!?!?!?!
