I don't know if you can help me or what I'm going to do, but for the last 2 weeks I'm struggling to get my wifi up and running, we moved and we called telkom to let them know that they must move the line for us, that was done, the line is working, but my wifi is not working, i logged about 5 faults and when i logged the faults i tell them to tell the technician to give me a call a day in advance so that i can make arrangements at work to be there, so last week the technician was at my house, he called me and told me he is at my house, so i told him we are not there but he said he will come back on Saturday (03/08/2019 08:00 am) to sort it out on (03/08/2019 08:30) no one was there no one was gave me a call so i called the technician about 10 times before he answered his phone and all that he told me is that someone else was going to do the job for me, but when he was at my house he told me he will be there on Saturday (03/08/2019 08:00am) so on Saturday (09:00 am) i callled telkom and talked to a manager and she said that she will call me back in 15 minutes, now on Monday (05/08/2019 08:00) i called telkom back because no manager called me from Saturday to Monday, so then i talked to the next manager and he told me that he CANT HELP ME but the technician will come out today to fix the line for us, after i told telkom the technician must give me a call a day before he can do the job so that i can make arrangements at my work place How can a magerger tell me that he cant help me and there is nothing he can do?
