This is not internet

<p>We signed up for a Wireless internet solution with Telkom as the previous WISP we used didn't have signal in our area. In the end we saw that albeit a bit more expensive, compared to other WISPs, we will be able to have LTE speeds. </p> <p> </p> <p>We received it yesterday and I am really unhappy as the speed varies between 2 MB/s to 5 MB/s, in a LTE-A area!?! The chat function is really unsupportive and you get the impression that they just use a copy and pase solution to get rid of you as quick as possible. The one chat I had the guy responded that I am not getting back quickly enough and that he is ending the chat. I wasn't even able to read his whole responce. </p> <p> </p> <p>No Telkom, this is not how it supposed to work! I am paying for a solution that is not even giving me 2-3G coverage! I can't even stream a DSTv catch up movie! </p>
