<p>I dont even know how to start my phone got ****** on the 27th of May and today is the 07th of June and until today my Sim Swop has not been done successfully after almost 9 different call centre agents has advised me it has been done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does your STAFF get training???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I need this sorted this is so disgusting </p>
