This is abuse.

I ordered a telephone line for my company, Cymax Property Developers and the installer came but said they would need to install one pole for the line to reach my house as I work from home. He also said if the line has problems reaching my house, they have a technology that allows them to put in a landline and an adsl without wires but with a small aerial as long as the network is there. We happen to have plenty of network but now a whole month has gone by already but we have no telephone and as such have lost two contracts because we have no landline. Them saying there are no lines or they get ****** is an excuse because they posses a technology that does not need wires at all as they come and leave they system in your office or house with its Aeriel to get the network.
