This is absolutely ridiculous

Yet another bad review for Telkom (previous bad reviews were solved rather quickly, can't change the star rating on them or some reason, however this seems like the only way to get a decent response from them).

My internet was been off for about 5 days. It went off the 25th of November around 19:00, I logged a ticket Early Friday morning the 26th stating that it was urgent, I need it back on due to two people (Myself and my mother) working from home, the Call Operator said they understood and logged it as such. Later the day I called again asking what's going on, the new person told me that the technicians are working on the problem at hand. Fast forward to Monday (No internet since Friday, so I could not work for 3 whole days, neither could my mother). I call the Monday morning, they say that it has not been handed to a Technician, when the call operator on Friday told me that they were working on the problem. Fast forward again on Monday to 12:00, I call again stating that this is an emergency, they told me that the technician has been dispatched and that she said she'd be here after 13:00. She pitched 15:00 to tell me there's a problem with the DSLAM, she came back this morning on the 30th, telling me that people took a card out of the DSLAM and that they were never informed also the fact that (according to her) the fault was only given to her at 12:00 on Monday.

Now I want to know am I going to be credited for 5 ENTIRE DAYS worth of no internet? And what about the fact that myself and the company I work for lost money, due to me not being able to work.

Edit: I have been mailed asking for the phone number, which was included in the mail. Yet everytime I respond to the mail, I get an error message saying that the recipients mailbox is full. The mail address is: **********

Brendon.
