<p>For the past three months , i have be complaining with this network , but things every months just got worse . i promise when my contract expire i wont try to have any new contract with them .</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem are as follows :</p> <p>1. in March - the increase my spending limit without my knowledge , when my data are used up , my phone will notify me and it will stop having access to the internet . in this months i didnt get notification, so my balance keep adding up without my knowledge . i called them many time still no help.</p> <p>2. April - i added a new device hawei p8 , withing a week the same phone have an extra spending R137 . i asked them who is adding this data , the keep saying they will resolve it .</p> <p>3. May - They added a new extra account on my contract . which will cost me R198 a months . on my statement it say unlimited 8ta .i have never agree to this contract with this people . i called them they told me it was a network error it will be remove . i know they are lying . all my my problems have not been solved so far.</p> <p> </p> <p>for the past three months they have been adding new things now and then , when they cancel this they add another , and remember am paying also for all this addition they put.</p> <p>i Have made a promise to myself , i won't be paying them anymore any addition i dont understand they have already break our agreement . i also want to take this further .</p> <p> </p>
