This guy will ruin Telkom

I've never had a problem with Telkom before but I am utterly disgusted by the attitude of the Telkom technicians. I've been promised that my line will be up and running by last week Wednesday it is now a week later and nothing has been done about it. Have been referred to a technical supervisor Mr Zeph Mtembu but have failed to contact him on numerous attempts. It is also impossible to contact Aaron and when I manage to do so I'm fed with sad ********. Please get this resolved A.S.A.P because I am without internet.
