" This account is currently in maintenance mode." I can not receive any emails

I am having a problem with my business Telkom email addresses again!!! When I try to login thru Do messaging it give a error " This account is currently in maintenance mode." This seems to be a common error but Telkom seems not to be able to sort this out .IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS NOW!!! The previous time I had this problem it took 2 weeks to be sorted. PLEASE ASSIST
