The exchanges are still so archaic? - See response from my ISP below - Upgrade your infrastructure please as this is embarrassing that fiber is available and not a simple 8 meg line... No need for a response as you won't do anything either way, just letting people know if they reside in the same area that your internet connection will never be decent, only sub par at best.<br> <br> More than likely that because I moved my line to Webafrica they feel they don't need to do anything more even though it's being paid for on time month after month for almost three years.<br> <br> Hi<br> <br> Thank you for your email,<br> <br> We have tried to process your line upgrade on the Telkom portal but have been advised that the maximum speed that the line can handle is only up to a 4meg line. We do apologize but for the inconvenience caused but there is not much we can do if Telkom advises us that a 4meg is the maximum you can get on that exchange.
