Third unfufilled promise.

<p>This is the third time that Telkom have sent me an SMS promising to send someone to repair a fault on my line, and it is the third time that no one has turned up...I believe a technician by the the name of Mohamed Majiet was assigned to this repair...and when he was called from the call centre he put the phone down on the lady who tried to call him....It has been two months since this fault was reported and and on three occassion sms's get sent with times and no one turns up...HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO CARRY ON FOR.....</p>
