Third time same issue no feedback

Thos is now the third time i am writing a sh*t review with relevant information and a complete explanation. The first two reviews was just ignored.the first review was on 6 september 2018 the second review was on 19 september 2018. I have been using alot of data out of my pocket that i would otherwise not have since this issue started. I am also not the only person with this issue.

Telkom i want HUMAN feedback now!!!

i took screenshots of evrything i think should be relevant this time. If you give me a refrence number or say this will be escalated to the technical team one more time i will sue the company even if i have to go make a loan to cover the cost. I just want the problem fixed.
