Third time a charm?
<p>I've posted twice before about the horrible service I'm getting from Telkom, and twice I received replies that someone would contact and help. </p> <p>So far no one has and on top of that Telkom handed me over to ITC without a valid reason. I'm paid up, my phone is still not working and I'm getting no service. </p> <p>Considering legal advice. </p>
