Third Request to Move ADSL line to ISP

<p>To whom it may concern </p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested for my ADSL ********** 318 to be moved to the telkom openserve division where it would have there after be moved to my ISP. I have filled in the relevant telkom forms with ID to request the ADSL move i have submitted these details twice and have contact the call center to track down the progress but till now i have receive no feeback when sending email telkom i receive a acknowledge but no ticket number. I have been requesting this for the past month now please could telkom attend to this simply request.</p> <p> </p> <p>Email: **********
