<p>TELKOM!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>TELKOM MOBILE!</p> <p>Your Third party SUCKS!</p> <p>Got a call on 24.03.2016 confirming the deal of the wireless rooter, this call was about 30 minutes and 59 seconds. Spoke to the CONSULTANT and then Supervisor and he confirmed this deal. Banking details and all! Why because they said they phoning from TELKOM and not mentioning TELKOM MOBILE!</p> <p>BEST PART! My Application was not processed after frustration and calling the number of ********** - this number is useless! FIX YOUR VOICE RECORDING!</p> <p>How can you run a business or even have a third party like this that any individual cannot even get through to them? Cannot even contact. Telkom 081180 transfer your call to Cell direct totally wrong people! My deal never came through via courier so I assumed this application was never processed nor any debit orders was deducted. RELIEVED!</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW AFTER 3 MONTHS RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL APOLOGIZING FOR NOT PROCESSING MY DEAL AND ASKED TO PUT THIS THROUGH!<br /> Finally I am happy someone called and it was not a ****! I did not want to finalize this deal on the phone as you can see above. PLUS YES there is voice recordings taking place but I cannot get it!! I cannot pull that call! I asked for an email.</p> <p>Spoke to the telemarketer says her name so quick I cannot even re-call it.</p> <p>Having the same problem and seem to get nowhere with my deal!</p> <p>My deal was not even put through after 3 months get a call apologizing then I said I want a confirmation via email. Still waiting on this email.</p> <p>Too confirm this is legit and my details are safe and I can at least contact them if I have any problems!</p> <p>I am trying to finalise this deal but it’s a NO GO!!</p> <p>I don’t even think I want this deal if the customer care cannot even assist you or know who these people are?</p> <p>This is so BAD FOR BUSINESS!</p> <p> </p> <p>TELKOM MOBILE IS MAKING TELKOM’S NAME INSANELY BAD!</p> <p>CANCEL AND DESTROY MY DETAILS! </p> <p> </p>
