THIRD COMPLAINT -no service Telkom
I refer to my previous complaint. Telkom responded and provided me with a Ref Media number SM141127. Bongani from Social Media Team Telkom confirmed feedback will soon follow. This representative even (according to the feedback) left a message on my landline (ending with 99) that it not working on my side??. Two weeks later there has not been any feedback. I will not refer this issue to the Media an Ombutsman due to pathetic service .
