Third attempt to get signal from Telkom: coverage map completely wrong

I submitted a review on HelloPeter in June and then again in August, and have received at least two reference numbers now (AI ********** and ********** 3) in response, but still zero feedback or fixes. My house and office locations are supposed to have full 3G coverage and we hardly ever have any signal at all. Last week my car broke down and I couldn't call for a tow truck for half an hour until I got signal again. PLEASE sort out signal in the area!!!!
