Thipe Thulare a chat consultant called me after an interesting chat, he advised me to call telkom on the day of my cell contract ending as its a new policy, not the one on the website of Telkom of 1 month prior. i then asked for my end date, didnt have the info as the african proverb of the system being down or updated, he was kind enough to email me as requested. i rep**** with all the info he needed to give me my end date. no has ignored my emails for 3 weeks
