Think twice before taking out a cellphone contract with Telkom Mobile

If your thinking about taking a contract out with Telkom, DO NOT DO IT. I’ve called & emailed on MULTIPLE occasions to find out why the instruction date of my debit was moved. Only to find out they’ve moved my acc to collections because THEY debited the incorrect amount from my account. Worst service, unhelpful, seems like their consultants are not equipped with the necessary information.
