Think their technician may be dead :o

It's been a month now that my phone line and internet is dead. Telkom has no knowledge of what is going on. all the can say is " a technician has been sent out on the 4th of November". It is now the 12th, I am mainly concerned if the technician had carried enough lunch to make it through this 8 day or longer call out. there is still no communication.
