Think before you choose Telkom
I recently upgraded my package from a 4 meg to a 10 meg package. Any other company will be happy n treat you the customer like a king but not Telkom. They will punish you. Make you call 10 times Don’t respond to your emails Now I don’t have No internet at all. And nobody at sales or faults know why. Telkom is pathetic. No customer service. Bad really bad

29 Jul 2018, 11:20My internet worked for 24 hours and then gone. According to faults my line is not syncing. I must say the Telkom is really useless pathetic. I’m considering canceling my adsl since they cannot supply the service
