Things haven't changed at Telkom, service as bad as ever.

Some years ago we cancelled all our business relationships with Telkom. This was done due to very poor service. A while back I saw that Telkom was advertising what appeared to be a good deal on home fibre. I thought to myself that maybe things have changed and maybe Telkom got their act together and upped their service levels. I was wrong. Bullet dodged.
