Thieving Telkom Mobile charging me for contract I never took!!

I app**** for a Telkom Mobile contract with a Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 @ R899 per month at the end of September 2021. I received an sms shortly after saying the contract request was declined. About a week later a courier rocks up at my home with a sim card. I was not in and told my Mum not to accept it! I called Telkom Mobile who insisted I app**** for a sim-only contract! After numerous calls (they have no email address to lodge complaints) they advised they will listen to the recording and revert. They never did and are now charging me the contract subscription for a contract I never took and a sim I never accepted nor activated. I have repeated tried to call with no luck. I dont know how to get these ******* to stop charging me!!
