Thieving Telkom continues to debit my account with random amounts

Telkom: I have been trying to cancel my account since July (service number ********** 142 / ********** 4863), and you have FINALLY picked up the two devices that you sold me under completely false pretences so why are you continuing to debit my account with bizarre random amounts? This month you tried to debit R1500, R1575 and finally R2800 off my account respectively. I have reversed them all but how does this even make sense? Why do the amounts completely differ? This is COMPLETELY ******* and I want it sorted out immediately before I go the legal route.
