THIEVING TELKOM!!
I app**** for a new contract on the 27-02, my order was approved and my account was debited on the 06/03. I then received an sms on the 09-03 stating I can expect delivery within 3-5 days.. Obviously i do not have the device, so i called in on the 16/03 and then only was i given the lame excuse that they are out of stock!! for a damn pre-order. atleast have the courtesy of giving me a damn call or sending an sms. the lady then told me they are expecting stock today.. which i find hard to believe!! why the hell take my money and then still send me an sms saying i can expect delivery soon if there is no stoc****! I am taking this to highest level possible! this is just the beginning. Really disgusted and this will b my 1st and last time dealing with these *******!!!

10 Apr 2018, 15:11i have cancelled the online application as I went straight to the store and they did a new contract for me. i received the device immediately. i was contacted by Sanet from telkom regarding my online application refund a while ago as i have been in contact with the CFO. i have posted on twitter and i keep getting responses stating my query is with the credit department and i will receive feedback soon. I still have not received my refund or even feedback. obviously i was not given a reference number. my i.d number is ***. contact number ***.
