Thieving Telkom

<p>I had an LTE service Uncapped service with Telkom and all was working great till they oversold the service in my area. Meaning my speed and signal dropped. It took them 6 months of wasting my time, driving me up the wall and having me report them to ICASA to confirm that they have oversold, see ********** 8 and ********** 2. I was told to either wait another 4 months for it to be fixed or cancel to which I would be credited for the months I had issues. I chose to cancel. Cancellation took place, now I have to fight with your idiot staff to uphold the agreements made with Tsholofelo Ditshego (ET) please see reference ********** 2. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't believe it is fair paying R 799 for 6 months (while you delay your investigation) for a service worth only R 299 a month.
