thieving telkom

<p>telkom took the liberty of keeping R1470 of mine as "deposit" for the last 15 years and according to them,it will only be paid back to me when the account is closed. I took the liberty to ask the NCR if in fact they may do this,and the reply was a distinct: NO!!</p> <p>Telkom have earned interest on this money for the last +/- 15 years...</p> <p> </p> <p>I want the money paid back immediately with interest @ 3% per month for the last 15 years</p>
