Thieving dishonest staff at Telkom Kolonnade

I recently gave Telkom Mobile another opportunity to impress me but as usual I got deceived. I got a 260gb contract on topup number *** or so I thought from Barbara Seshweng. Went home happy with my acquisition. On 27 December 2021 my data ran out so I tried to topup with no success. Telkom Kolonnade's wasn't answered as usual. So I phoned the telkom 180 number and was told I don't have a topup contract and I have to return to the shop. So I did. There I spoke to Barbara once again and she informed me that because I asked for a multisim to be added she decided to give me another contract that I didn't ask for without informing me. Her excuse is that I didn't ask. I was de*****ed without my knowledge by Barbara Seshweng but because I didn't ask it was ok to ***** from me.

After that we tried to speak to the manager who wasn't interested and Ignored us pretending to suddenly be busy with a client/friend. She refused to give us the owners name or to assist us at all.
