Thieving company taking but not giving.

So telkom disconnected my internet on the 29th of may after the debit order was taken in the 25th of my when I phone them I get told it will take 7 days before they re connect my internet which is un expectable and when you ask to get the matter escalated the rude operator drops the call in you ear seems another thieving company that takes your money but provides you with no service
