*******.. Worst service.. Telkom

I'm sick of telkom, they can't update address to appear on invoice spent over an hour with on numerous agent who confirmed the address is update and I get an invoice showing the old address AGAIN.. and to make matters vene worse they've added Some add on rlfornR45 that they say I activated mind you my data Sim can't load airtime and its capped at a limit of R1 to prevent add on's I don't want but was told by an agent his name daniel that I purchased the add on via self help so telkom ***** my money and blames it on me I've placed all required stops "limit" but still get billed for add ons ****** can't change address and bills/*****s from its customer
