*******, *****ing money from our accounts with ******* exscuses

They are constantly sending me the wrong amount owed on my account, I pay my account every month and now they say I am in arrears, I am meant to pay R899 pm and now they saying I owe them R2000. This company and its staff are ******* trying to take more than what is agreedapon. My contract clearly states I pay R899 and now they debit more than they are suppose too. Most useless company ever. I will be taking this matter further and have legal action taken against them and I will be laying charges of theft against them. They tried debiting my account 7 times in July alone, even after I had made payment. Maybe you idiots should hire people with a brain cell to do your finances as clearly the ones you have are sharing one brain.
